Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To force a fixed rail to effect reciprocating movement in a direction extending parallel to rails, by a method wherein the auxiliary rail of elevating rails and the fixed rail are attracted to each other in the lower limit position of the elevating rails, installed on both sides of the fixed rail, by means of electromagnets. CONSTITUTION:A mounting body 1 is situated through a support body 13 of the upper end of two stays 12 erected to a continuous tank A, and a fixed rail 2 is supported by means of rollers 14. An elevating rails, each formed with auxiliary rails 3 and 3a and a fundamental rail 4, are situated on both sides of the fixed rail 2 with a given distance therebetween. The auxiliary rails 3 and 3a are mounted to an elevating frame 5 through a lever 15, attaching bodies 6 and 6a, and rollers 16, and the fundamental rail 4 is mounted to the elevating frame 5 through a lever 17. Electromagnets 9 and 9a are attached to both ends of the fixed tail 2, adsorbing plates 10 and 10a are attached to the end parts of the attaching body 6, and when the auxiliary rails 3 and 3a are lowered, the electromagnet and the adsorbing plate are attracted to each other. This constitution forces the fixed rail 2 to be reciprocated in parallel to the rail and permits uniform plating of workpieces.
