Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a light-weight, corrosion-resistant cleaner having a glass fiber-reinforced plastic part to be partly immersed in water. CONSTITUTION:A cleaner provided with a screen to be driven through a carrying chain 54 by a driver 45, a main beam 40 to support the screen and also to transmit water-pressure load applied to the screen, and an auxiliary beam 62 connected through a coupler to the main beam 40 and to support the chain 54 are provided. The main beam 40, the auxiliary beam 62, and the coupler are made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic materials. The light-weight and corrosion-resistant cleaner can thus be obtained.
