CONSTITUTION:Required numbers of underground water pumping-up pipes 4 are installed at required intervals, for example, at the bottom of a flow channel 7 of a river 12. Pure water in an underground water belt 1, filtered through soil and sand, is pumped up by underground pumping-up pumps 5, which is discharged continuously into the flow channel 7 out of a discharge nozzle 6. At that time, sediments 11 such as wastes and sludges are sucked up by a dredging pipe 9 of a dredger 8 to enhance the function of a filtration layer 2.
