INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in preservation properties of press supply equipment and a hydraulic fluid supply system by enabling relief of surplus pressure from a material side acting upon the press supply equipment, by providing a relief valve on the hydraulic fluid supply system of the material press supply equipment. CONSTITUTION:A material is sent to the front by passing through the outside circumferential part of a plunger 24 and accumulated in order within a barrel 22 in front of the plunger 24 by passing through a check ring part 23. The resin material of the circumference of the plunger 24 is homogenized by a rotation of the plunger 24 and a short-circuit of a flow path of the material is prevented. In addition, as the material is sent even to an upper side of the plunger 24 from a lower side or even to the lower side from the upper side while the material is being turned in, even a part of the material hard to flow or the material hard to flow does not stay within the barrel 22 and the material extending over the whole of the whole circumference of the inside of the barrel 22 is transferred smooth. Then when hydraulic pressure of the inside of a pipe line 81 exceeds preset pressure by acting excessive pressure (push up force) upon a stuffer plunger 30, a relief valve 89 is released and the pressure is freed. Therefore, break of a stuffer and hydraulic system due to excessive pressure is prevented.
