SEGMENTING DEVICE FOR PROCESSING IMAGE

PURPOSE:To reduce a software processing and to quickly recognize an image by labeling images with the aid of intermediate label data, switching a switch circuit and converting the intermediate label data into final label data. CONSTITUTION:When a new label generation signal 11 is inputted to a new label/final label generator circuit 14, a new label counter counts. As for an action for generating an intermediate label, the output signal 37 of the counter 42 is passed through the switching circuit 36 and outputted as a new label data 15 as it is. As for an action for generating final label data, a 1st intermediate labeling previously writes conversion to unified final label data in a data memory 35. A CPU executes said writing through a bus 33b, controls a switching signal generator circuit 39 through the bus, generates a control signal 40, and switches the circuit 36 with the aid of the signal 40 so that the final label data 38 can be selected. thus the completed labeling is carried out.
