OIL-IMMERSED ELECTRICAL MACHINERY AND APPARATUS

CONSTITUTION:When the pressure inside a capacitor exceeded the permissible pressure and the circumferential side wall of a metal case expanded to outward direction by receiving stress, the insulating plate 1 supported by the fitting 3 and fixed to the inner wall of the metal case by a supporting metal is pulled in the horizontal direction, and the bridged section 1a of the insulating plate 1 is broken. When the insulating plate 1 is broken and separated at the bridged section 1a, a lead plate 4 is cut off at a notched part 4a. When the insulating plate 1 is shifted and the lead plate 4 is cut off, the lead plate 4 which is separated by the insertion of the insulating plate 1 between the divided-into-two lead plate 4 is electrically insulated completely.
