SWITCH OPERATION CHARACTERISTIC MONITORING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To monitor the operation characteristic after an operation start command is issued until the start by providing a signal processing unit which amplifies the secondary side current of a CT detecting the exciting current of a control circuit and compares it with the preset reference value and outputs a corresponding signal, an operation characteristic detecting unit, and an operation characteristic synthetic judging unit. CONSTITUTION:An operation characteristic detecting unit 3 constituted of multiple photo-sensors 2 arranged so as to face, in sequence, markers 1 fixed at proper positions of a drive unit 100 of a switch and a signal processing unit 200 which amplifies the secondary side current of a CT 8 detecting the exciting current of a control circuit 7 excited to issue a start command to the drive unit 100 of the switch and compares it with the preset reference value and outputs a corresponding signal based on the comparison result are provided. The synthetic operation characteristic of the switch is judged when signals from the operation characteristic detecting unit 3 and signal processing unit 200 are received. The operation characteristic of the control circuit after a start command is issued to the switch until the operation is actually started is also detected.
