APPARATUS FOR REMOVING MOLD RELEASING AGENT OF BATTERY GRID MOLD

PURPOSE:To further easily remove a mold releasing agent in a mold and to maintain good environment without developing dust by removing the old mold releasing agent with rotating brush while injecting water flow and making construction for preventing flow-out of contaminated water during washing. CONSTITUTION:The rotating brush 11 is rotated while rubbing the mold 21 face and at the same time, the jet water stream down the parting agent stuck on the rotating brush 11. The contaminated water injected in the inner part is sucked to a pump from a suction hole 12. Further, the contaminated water retained in gap between double edge weirs 19 is also sucked from the suction hole 12 through penetrating hole 17. The contaminated water after suction, is introduced to a treating vessel, and after separating and removing impurity, it is discharged.
