BUILDING MONITORING CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE:To improve the management efficiency by combining a key returning signal and schedule control, executing an ON command to an equipment by the schedule control, and executing an OFF command by ON of the key return signal. CONSTITUTION:A building monitoring controller is constituted of a central processor CPU and a CRT display device CRT for monitoring, an operator's console OPC, a job site panel KEY, an air conditioner AC and its remote station RS, and each device is connected by a signal transmission line LN. In such a state, said controller turns on and off, at a set ON time from the operator's console OPC, and at a set OFF time, respectively. On the other hand, a key return signal turns on when a key is returned, and an equipment operation command goes to an OFF signal when the key is received for using it.
