ITEM NAME DEFINITION SYSTEM IN ELECTRONIC FILING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To easily set an item attendant to a document at the time of registering the document and to improve an operability by freely setting an item name and automatically registering together with a keyword. CONSTITUTION:The respective items such as a propriety for automatically setting a date or a propriety for automatically registering the keyword are set by an item name setting part 1 and an automatic setting part 2 and the set item name and the contents of the setting are stored in an item name managing part 3. Then, at the time of registering the document, the item name set in the item name managing part 3 is displayed on a screen by a document registering screen display part 4. Then, at the time of inputting the date, a data display part 5 is started, the propriety for automatically setting the data is checked by the item name managing part 3 and if it is accepted, the date is automatically displayed. At the time of inputting the keyword, similarly, the propriety for automatically registering is checked, if accepted, the keyword is automatically registered in a keyword managing part 7.
