Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To continuously obtain a perfectly stuck clad material at low cost by atomizing molten metal on cooling face, solidifying, joining by executing rolling-reduction at gap between rotating bodies while the joining faces in the solidified strips are not yet solidified. CONSTITUTION:The molten metals 4a, 4b having different components are respectively held in ladles 1a, 1b, and poured into tundishes 3a, 3b through supplying nozzles 2a, 2b from the ladles 1a, 1b. The molten metals 4a, 4b in the tundishes 3a, 3b are respectively poured through pouring rate control devices 5a, 5b and each pouring rate decides the clad ratio. The molten metals 4a, 4b are respectively atomized to rotating bodies 7a, 7b from atomizing nozzles 6a, 6b and stuck on the rotating bodies 7a, 7b. The molten metals 4a, 4b are cooled while cooling casting speeds, pouring rates and nozzle positions, so that molten metals except joining face sides are all solidified at the min. gap position between rotating bodies. Next, the rolling reduction is executed to the cast strips, to execute pressure welding. Then, the cast strip 8 is drawn downward with pinch rolls 9a-9d.
