PACKING BOX

PURPOSE:To facilitate the opening and separation of a box and to prevent the bending of the base paper of the blister pack in the box, by a method wherein cut-off guide perforations are provided in succession to the separating wavy perforations continuously formed to four sides of the box so that the end parts thereof reaches the upper ends of two opposed sides and a base paper bending preventing pad made of paper for allowing the upper part of the base paper of the blister pack to loosely engage therewith is positioned in the box. CONSTITUTION:Separating wavy perforations 3 are continuously provided to front, rear, left and right sides of a packing box 2 and arrow-shape cut-off guide perforations 4 are provided to the opposed front and rear sides (or left and right sides) so that the lower ends thereof are close to the wavy perforations and the upper ends thereof reach the upper ends of the front and rear sides or the folding flaps 5 integrally provided so as to be connected to the upper ends of said front and rear sides. Next, the base paper bending preventing pad 8 of the blister pack received in the box is formed by cutting the cardboard piece of one corrugated cardboard corresponding to the length of the box to fold the same along fold lines 9 in a U-shape and providing a large number of slots 10 to the bottom surface of the U-shape one corresponding to the interval of the upper part of the base paper of the blister pack.
