TRAIN OPERATION AND CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To make operation control performable with operation on both prohibition and release buttons by pushing the operation prohibition button at the time of unoperating in a spur track interval, while letting a central computer hold a train bound for a spur track temporarily at a converging station, and transferring a main line train to the train from the spur track automatically. CONSTITUTION:When an operation prohibition button on a console 2 is pushed, a judging part 1b of a central computer 1 selects and extracts all trains, bound for a spur track 12, during operation on a main track 11 from a train diagram memory part 1a on the basis of input. A diagram of the extracted train is fed to a diagram change part 1c, and it is stopped a converging station S3 and, after stoppage as long as the specified time, a changing diagram for making it enter the preset entering and leaving shed line 13 is made up, then it is encoded and stored in a memory part 1d. Next, when a fact that a train A is entered into a yard of the converging station S3 is detected, it is transmitted to the computer 1 at once, and also transmitted to a station controller from the computer 1, thus the train A is guided to the line 13 by the indication of a device 3 after being stopped as long as the specified time. On the other hand, the computer 1 notifies the station S3 so as to substitute the train on the line 13 for a train C before the specified time when the train C arrives at the station S3.
