Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable to omit a booster pump, pressure-reducing means, etc., by employing such an arrangement that water passed through the inside of a balance pipe provided for lowering the thrust of water pressure is utilized as cooling water for oil in a bearing oil tank. CONSTITUTION:A bearing oil tank 29 is provided in a bearing section 22, and a cooler 30 for cooling oil in the bearing oil tank 29 is disposed in the manner of surrounding the outer wall of the tank 29, so that the bearing section 22 can be cooled by oil in the tank 29. Thus, since the cooler 30 is disposed at an intermediate portion of a balance pipe 27 so that water passed through the balance pipe 27 is passed through the cooler 30 as cooling water, it is enabled to omit a booster pump and a pressure-reducing means.
