ELECTRICAL GOVERNOR CONTROL DEVICE

PURPOSE:To maintain control performance at an optimum condition by detecting the operating condition of a duplexed coil so as to switch over the set value of the gain of an opening governor when a valve opening command value is given to an electricity-oil converter with the duplexed coil so as to govern the opening of a control valve for controlling the revolving speed of a turbine. CONSTITUTION:The output signal from a revolving speed governor 10 obtaining the deviation of revolving speeds is added to the output signal from an output governor 12 so as to obtain the set value for valve opening, and the aforesaid set value for valve opening is thereby compared with the detected value for valve opening by an opening governor 14. In this place, a valve opening command value depending on the deviation in signal for valve opening is obtained so as to be applied to an electricity-oil converter 18 with duplexed coils 17a and 17b for allowing the hydraulic output thereof to control the valve opening of a control valve 24 through a main servo 22. In this case, the opening governor 14 consists of a proportion computing element 32, a gain selection switch circuit 34 changing selectively the gain thereof, and of an OR gate which inputs the abnormal signal in case each of the coils 17a and 17b becomes inoperative so as to switch over the circuit 34.
