Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To uniform distribution of temperature in a drying chamber and uniformly drying a product to be dried, by providing shelves for the product to be dried between far-infrared ray heaters having stages arranged in the drying chamber kept in proper vacuum degree. CONSTITUTION:A far-infrared ray absorbing radiation board 9 is provided in at least part of inner wall of a drying chamber 1 connected through a cold trap 2 and electromagnetic valve 3 to a vacuum pump. Proper numbers of far-infrared heaters 6 are arranged in proper separation and stages sin the drying chamber and shelves 8 for putting a product 7 to be dried having proper stage numbers between the heaters 6 are provided. The product 7 to be dried is housed on the shelf 8 and the chamber 1 is sealed and a pump and freezing equipment 5 are operated and air in the chamber 1 is sucked and water content is removed by a cold trap and simultaneously electricity is applied to the heaters 6 and the product 7 to be dried is dried by absorbing far-infrared ray radiated from the heaters 6 to a radiation sheet 9 to radiate the far-infrared ray.
