PURPOSE:To prevent operational inferiority by the leakage of a liquid into a rotary mechanism, by allowing a screw rod to advance by a constant amount by the rotary mechanism every time a knock is pressed and pressing a liquid receiving chamber having a liquid sealed therein to supply the liquid to a pen body. CONSTITUTION:When a knock cap 12 is pressed, the lower oblique surface 6a' of the rib 6a of a knock 6 downwardly presses the upper end oblique surface 7b' of the rib 7b of a rotor 7. When the oblique surface 7b' falls along a vertical surface 4 and passes the lower end of the rib 6a, the rotor 7 is revolved by the component force applied to the oblique surface 7b' in the peripheral direction and moved to the next vertical surface 4c. Subsequently, when a hand is separated from the knock cap 12, the rotor 7 is upwardly pushed by the elasticity of a spring 11 and engaged with the top part of the oblique surface 4b. A screw rod 8 is also rotated by one pitch by the one-pitch rotation of the rotor 7 and threaded with a nut 10 to advance by a predetermined amount toward the leading end and presses a liquid receiving chamber 5 in the same amount along with a press body 9 to supply the internal liquid to a pen body 2.
