Further, another metal component 16 is attached to the terminal 12 through an insulator 17 to electrically connect the remaining electrodes 8, 11 of the elements. Then, leads can be connected to both ends 14, 19 of the terminal 12. Thus, a high integration is performed, and its surge suppressing effect can be enhanced.
