Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To increase the number of theoretical plates through the enhancement of liquid-liquid extraction efficiency and thereby miniaturize a device by performing a sequential extraction cycle of three steps such as a drive which moves a plurality of perforated plates vertically, a heavy medium supply device and a light medium supply device. CONSTITUTION:This liquid-liquid extraction tower consists of an operation control device which controls a drive capable of moving a plurality of perforated plates 3 vertically and also controls the operation of a heavy medium supply device 5, a light medium supply device 6 and a sample supply device 7. That is, the above operation control device, interlocked to a position sensor 12 and feeder pump stroke sensors 28, 29, 30, detects the number of strokes of a vertical movement motor for the drive 4 and of feeder pumps 14, 20, 25 for each supply device 5, 6, 7. At the same time, each solenoid valve 15, 16, 21, 22, 26 is controlled simultaneous with the operation and stopping of the vertical movement motor 11 or each feeder pump 14, 20, 25.
