PRODUCTION OF PRESS PLATE INSPECTION JIG

PURPOSE:To easily and quickly manufacture an upper die block by fitting to the specified position of an inspection tool main body by manufacturing the gage member with cross section based on the cross section of the flange at plural places of a press forming plate and manufacturing the upper die block on the gage member. CONSTITUTION:The cross section drawings at the plural positions A, B, C... of the flange part Pf of a press forming plate P are taken out as a hard copy 15 via a computor 10 and copy device 11. A cross section gage member 20... is then manufactured by cutting off the unnecessary part of a form plate 21 along the cutting line of around the sectional drawing of the flange part Pf after affixing the hard copy 15 to the specified form plate 21... one by one. The gage member 20... is then fitted to the specified position of the inspection tool main body 3 by setting to the position of the cross sectional drawing of the flange Pf respectively. And after filling up a filling body 31 among the gage member 20... up to the upper end face thereof, the blank for the upper die block is built up on the outer face of the packing body 31 and after fixing the blank to the inspection tool main body 3 the blank is solidified, an inspection face 1a is finished by a tool 16 and the upper die block 1 is made.
