Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent white smoke from being generated in an intermediate season and winter season by a method wherein a returned hot water for a cooling tower is supplied to an air heating hot water coil installed at the upstream side of a filling to heat a suction cooled air and the heating temperature is controlled so as to cause the air discharged into the surrounding atmosphere to be accumulated in non-saturated area. CONSTITUTION:Cooling air sucked from a louver 11 under an operation of a blower 3 is heat exchanged with a thermal energy of returning hot water when it is passed within a hot water coil 6, heated and then it becomes dehumidified air. Then, the air is heat exchanged with cooling water dripped from above the filling when it is passed within the filling 2 to accept a heating and a humidifying action. However, the increasing of the heating and humidifying operation is adjusted under a control of an amount of circulated water for the filling. That is, an amount of bypassing is set by a three-way valve 8 arranged between a hot water coil 6 and an upper water tank 4 and it is controlled in such a way as a temperature of the discharged air does not exceed a saturation curve when it is cooled with the surrounding air, resulting in that no white smoke is generated. |
