Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent increase in tightening torque of bolts, by applying a solid lubricant to at least one of blade holder for receiving the top surface of blades, spring washer for superposing on the undersurfaces of the blades, etc. CONSTITUTION:A solid lubricant 18 is applied to at least one of a blade holder 8 for receiving the top surface of blades 10, a spring washer 11 for superposing on the undersurfaces of the blades, bolts 13 and washers 12, etc. Thereby abrasion or galling in tightening bolts can be prevented without coaxially rotating the blades by repeating on and off of rotation, etc. The increase in tightening torque can be prevented.
