Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by providing the titled system with a circuit for dividing the frequency of a V/F converter and a counter having an optical pulse period. CONSTITUTION:An optical pulse arriving from a measuring instrument 10A at a recorder 30A is counted by a 1st counter 35 and its period is counted by a 2nd counter 36, but only when a timer 38 is timed up, the signal is copied to a register 37, the period of the optical pulse obtained immediately before the time-up is counted. Since the counter 36 counts up the period based on a clock signal equal to the maximum frequency of the V/F converter 13, a part less than the frequency dividing ratio (n) of a frequency dividing circuit 17 can be found out and the required frequency band of the device 30A can be set to 1/n. The register 37 records the data of the number of optical pulses in the 1,000th digit, the 100th digit and the digit and records a value calculated from the optical pulse period data on the 1th digit. Since frequency response can be delayed, low power consumption can be attained. |
