Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To rapidly and economically recover the flowability of an emulsion- type lubricating oil, by adding triethanolamine having a predetermined concn. when the flowability of the lubricating oil has lowered. CONSTITUTION:Triethanolamine having a concn. more than 50ppm and less than 2,000ppm is added to a lubricating oil in the form of an emulsion prepd. by dispersing an oil in water when the flowability of the lubricating oil has lowered. According to this method, it is possible to rapidly and economically recover the flowability of the lubricating oil. Therefore, this method exhibits the effect of resuming suspended metal working.
