OPERATION CONTROLLER FOR AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE:To prevent the abnormal vibration of a compressor surely by shifting the operating frequency of said compressor outward of an abnormal vibration range according to the magnitude of a current value, when said operating frequency enters said abnormal vibration range. CONSTITUTION:An operating range, where the operating frequency of a compressor 6 is included in a low-frequency domain and the value of the input current of said compressor 6 is higher than a reference value, is defined as an abnormal vibration range. A decision means 7 decides that the output frequency of an inverter-controller 5 bas entered the low-frequency domain of said abnormal vibration range. When said decision means 7 decides that said output frequency has entered the abnormal vibration range and when the value of said input current is more than said reference value, said operating frequency is shifted outward of said low-frequency domain before operation is conducted. Also, when it is decided that the operating frequency has entered the low-frequency domain of said abnormal vibration range and when the value of said input current is less than the reference value, operation is conducted at an input frequency while the operating frequency is left as it is.
