DEVICE FOR EDITING BROWSER

PURPOSE:To obtain the display deice of a browser which makes a relation between nodes easy to understand visually and has good operability by displaying a link between the nodes by a line segment. CONSTITUTION:An operator generates a master node A and a slave node B by a node generating means 2 and displays them in a display means 1. Next, it is decided by an insert link selecting means 3 whether an insert link has been selected or not and when it goes to YES, a link type selecting means 4 selects a link type. As the result, a full line of a link line from the master node A to the slave node B is drawn and displayed on the display device 1. Next, it is investigated by the means 3 whether other link type has been selected or not and if YES, the means 2 doubles the height of the slave node. Then, the link line of the kind of a line corresponding to the link type which the means 4 has selected is drawn on the display device 1. Consequently, the links expressed by the full line, a dot line, an alternate long and short dash line or the like are displayed between the respective master and slave nodes.
