TREATING DEVICE FOR FINE PARTICLE

PURPOSE:To economically and efficiently treat fine particles by supporting a vessel fitted with a vibration generating source by an elastic material and blowing gas from the lower part of the vessel, mixing and stirring the fine particles incorporated in the vessel by both mechanical vibration and the blowing of gas. CONSTITUTION:A vertically provided cylindrical vessel 11 is fixed on a trestle 21, the trestle 21 is supported on a base 41 via springs 31, 32 so that free motion is imparted thereto, and a vibration generating source 51 is fitted to the trestle 21. Further a gas spreading plate 71 is fitted to the lower part of the inside of the cylindrical vessel 11, and a gas introducing pipe 91 fitted with a valve 81 is provided to the lower space thereof. In this constitution, fine particles to be treated are packed on the gas spreading plate 71 and the vibration generating source 51 is actuated. Thereby the upright cylindrical vessel 11 is vibrated and fine particles are made to form a vibrated fluidized bed. Simultaneously gas is blown into the vibrated fluidized bed via the gas introducing pipe 91 and the gas spreading plate 71. Therefore the fine particles are imparted with synergistic action of both mechanical vibration and the blowing of gas and thereby the treatment of the fine particles is economically and efficiently performed.
