PURPOSE:To enhance operability and to easily set a figure, by always performing count-up every one switch operation to shift a figure to a higher rank figure and holding the display time of one figure display device when the time of the other figure display device is set. CONSTITUTION:The mount part A of a display part and the control part B arranged to the proper place of a main body are provided. A CPU is mounted in the part B and a predetermined program is preliminarily inputted to the CPU to automatically perform, for example, process operations of 'rice cooking', 'steaming', 'keeping warm' or the like. For example, when 'rice cooking' is performed 50min after the present time, a selection button is set to 'boiling rice' and a switch 9 is pushed. Whereupon, count-up is performed from a lower rank figure display device at first and a figure is shifted at every 10min and, at the point of time reaching 50min, press operation is released. When a rice cooking button is operated to turn a contact 11 ON, count-down is performed from 50min at every 10min by the CPU and, at the point of time reaching 0min, a drive circuit DRV is driven and a current is supplied to a heater circuit H to make it possible to cook rice.
