CONSTITUTION:Information is divided into the small block of the duration shorter than the period of an external noise and transmitted intermittently. The intermittent interval is shorter than the period of the external noise. Thus, since the probability that a noise is mixed into the information is made very smaller, the transmission with a small number of errors can be easily executed.
