Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a continuous forming apparatus furnished with a circulation apparatus for forming molds, a feeding apparatus, a mold-releasing apparatus, a cooling conveyor, a food-filling apparatus and a cooling apparatus and capable of producing a formed article in high efficiency by filling a fluid food into a mold and cooling the food. CONSTITUTION:A fluid pastry such as hot raw material of cream croquette is filled in a mold and cooled to prepare a formed food. In the above process, a mold 15 is transferred from a mod-circulation apparatus 1 to a cooling conveyor 8 by a mold-feeding apparatus 13 and is filled with a fluid pastry from a food filling apparatus 19. The fluid pastry is cooled and solidified in the course of transfer on the cooling conveyor 8. The solidified food pasty is released from the mold 15 by a mold-releasing apparatus 16 and the separated mold 15 is transferred to the mold-circulation apparatus 1.
