Besides, the locking mechanism 15A has a set of hook 17 and a movable locking pawl 18 and the pawl 18 is moved upward and unlocked to the back side of the CD player. Thus the CD player is stably held in the state of well absorbing the tremble of the automobile and by the locking mechanism 15A of a pawl shape, the CD player is surely held without running out from the pedestal at the running time of the automobile.
