CD PLAYER HOLDING DEVICE FOR AUTOMOBILE

PURPOSE:To stably hold a CD player in spite of tremble at running time by mounting and fixing the CD player on the supporting part of a bracket through a buffer material. CONSTITUTION:The bracket which has a sandwiching part 5 fitted between an ash tray 3 and an ash tray housing part 4 and the supporting part 7 which extends upward from this sandwiching part 5 to the outside of a handle at the front edge of the ash tray 3 through a connecting part 6 is provided and a pedestal 25 with the locking mechanisms 15A and 15B of the CD player mounted and fixed on the supporting part 7 of the bracket 1 through the buffer material 14 is provided. Besides, the locking mechanism 15A has a set of hook 17 and a movable locking pawl 18 and the pawl 18 is moved upward and unlocked to the back side of the CD player. Thus the CD player is stably held in the state of well absorbing the tremble of the automobile and by the locking mechanism 15A of a pawl shape, the CD player is surely held without running out from the pedestal at the running time of the automobile.
