Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to rinse even large-sized chips with low pressure, small quantity of oil by providing a plurality of nozzle holes at the top end position of a slope of a gently sloped table having a small height difference and blowing compressed air to the nozzle holes. CONSTITUTION:Machining oil of a normal supply pressure used in machine tools flows out of nozzle holes 10 and, while flowing along a sloped surface 7 of a table 3, rinses off chips. When the machining oil flows out of the nozzle holes 10, compressed air with an accelerated flow velocity from a narrowed air jet outlet 16 is blown to the machining oil flowing through the nozzle holes 10. As a result, a high velocity fluid is obtained as a mixture of oil and compressed air to rinse even large-sized chips on the table 3.
