Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily and automatically attain the adjustment of a picture angle by adjusting the picture angle of a video camera based on two marker pictures. CONSTITUTION:A chart 21 having two markers is fixed to a light box 20 and it is picked up by a video camera 1 to be adjusted. An output signal of the video camera 1 is fed to a binarization circuit 33 and two marker pictures are detected and stored in a picture memory 34. A CPU 38 detects the position of the two marker pictures and controls a zoom motor 3, a height adjusting motor 15 and an angle adjusting motor 17 via a zoom motor driver 40, a vertical motor driver 41 and a turning motor driver 42 so that the positions are made coincident with the specified marker positions of a preset specified picture angle.
