IMMUNOASSAY METHOD

PURPOSE:To make it possible to determine a material to be checked precisely and simply, by preventing non-specific reaction caused by a sample on the surface of ribosome. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of immunity analysis reagent, at first desired lipid and bridging agent are made to react in a solvent. Thus a functional group is introduced in lipid molecules and functional lipid is obtained. Said functional group acts as the functional group, which fixes antibody, part of antibody or antigen on ribosome. Then the obtained functional lipid, other lipid and the like are inputted in a flask. A solvent is added, and the materials are dissolved and blended. Thereafter, the solvent is sucked and removed, and the materials are dried. A thin lipid film is formed on the wall surface of the flask. Aqueous solution including labeled material is inputted, and the suspension of the ribosome is prepared. Then, the suspension and the antibody, part of the antibody or the antigen are made to react in suitable buffer. Thus the antibody, part of the antibody or the antigen are fixed to the ribosome. In this way, analysis can be performed without excessively diluting a sample such as serum including a material to be checked, and the precise, simple determination can be carried out.
