Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To miniaturize the whole of the title apparatus by dispensing with complicated pipings, by respectively forming two openings to the upper surface of each of two separation cylinders and changing over a separation process and a regeneration process through a manifold plate having a plurality of opening and closing valves. CONSTITUTION:For example, when this apparatus is utilized in the system of a dehumidifying apparatus, the first and second separation cylinders 11, 12 are parallelly provided and each of them has the first and second openings 25, 26 respectively provided to the upper surface thereof. When untreated gas is supplied to the first opening 25, said gas passes an introducing pipe to issue from the lower end thereof and upwardly flows through an adsorbent such as a silica gel to be guided to the second opening 26 while, when dehumidified gas is supplied to the second opening 26, said gas downwardly flows through the adsorbent to rise through the introducing pipe and is guided to the first opening 25. By this method, the gases are alternately recirculated in a cylindrical body 22. This separation process and the regeneration process are changed over by a plurality of the opening and closing valves 1-8 of manifold plates 30, 45 each having an untreated gas supply port 9 and a dehumidified gas emitting port 10.
