OPERATION PROGRAMMING METHOD FOR EQUIPMENT FOR MACHINING OR ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE:To speedily and accurately generate respective data by generating the necessary data by using existent data which are generated previously, step by step, and storing them successively in association with the existent data. CONSTITUTION:A laser working machine 10 has a gate-shaped rack groove 11 and a slide table 18 where a jig 20 on which a work W is mounted is positioned and fixed, a movable part 14 supports an arm pat 16, and a torch 19 is coupled through a wrist part 17. Then the necessary data are generated by the operation programming method of this equipment by interaction on the screen of a display device with an arithmetic processor. The necessary data on a three-dimensional shape, operation conditions, operation tracks, operation, etc., are generated, stage by stage, by this method by using the existent data which are already generated. Further, the data are stored successively in association with the existent data and edited to generate machining and assembling operation data, thereby generating a control program.
