AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE:To enable only a vane positioned at a partial air blowing port to be fixed by a method wherein arms are fixed integrally with or inserted into a shaft at one end of both-end shaft supporting vanes and the arms are fixed at positions perpendicular to an axial direction and further the arms are reciprocated and moved in an arc form together with the vanes. CONSTITUTION:Arms 2 are rotated in a horizontal direction under a rotational driving force of an electric motor and this rotational force is transmitted to an arm 3b arranged near a blowing port through an arm 4. Arms 3a, 3c and 3d are similarly arranged at other blowing ports and these arms 3 are connected by connector rods 5. Partition plates acting as air blowing port passages are located near both ends of vanes 6 positioned at the air blowing ports. Vane shaft pins 7 and 8 performing the same rotational movement as that of the vanes passing through the partition plates are arranged to support the vanes. The side of the shaft pin 8 facing an opposite side of the vane is cut in D and it has a hole having a D-cut size larger than the same size by 0.05 mm or so. An arm 9 is arranged to show a direction perpendicular to a horizontal fixing direction of the vane 6. A plurality of vanes are driven simultaneously with one electric motor and at the same time an air blowing port having the vanes fixed therein is selected to enable it to be fixed.
