END TAB CONNECTION BODY FOR WELDING

PURPOSE:To make plural end tabs excellent in the operability by facilitating the separation and to reduce the manufacturing cost by baking them with their forming in the state of linking with the cut face. CONSTITUTION:End tabs 1, 2 have the same shape and dimension respectively and linked in the horizontal length direction on the center rectilinear cut face 3. A weir 4 is formed at the end part in the longitudinal direction on each end tab 1, 2 and the both front and back faces are in the same shape and dimension. The cut face 3 extends in parallel to the long side and is cut in the same depth from the front and back faces and both end tabs can be separated easily by a man power. In this way, the production cost is reduced, the carriage becomes easy and the operability is improved.
