Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To form an electrophotographic sensitive body high in sensitivity and durability by incorporating crystalline oxytitanium phthalocyanine in an electric charge generating layer and an enamine type charge transfer material in a charge transfer layer. CONSTITUTION:The charge generating layer contains the crystalline oxytitanium phthalocyanine, such as the one having no substituent on the benzene ring (TiOPc), the one substituted by Cl or Br (TiOPcCl) or (TiOPcBr), and the charge transfer layer contains the enamine type charge charge transfer material. The crystal form of said phthalocyanine may be of an alpha- or beta-type or their mixture, and the favorably used ones have strong diffraction peaks at 2theta+ or -0.2 deg.=9.2 deg., 13.1 deg., 20.7 deg., 26.2 deg., and 27.1 deg. using CuKalpha radiation having lambda=1.5418 A.U., where theta is Bragg's angle, thus permitting the obtained photosensitive body to be superior in sensitivity, durability, and workability, and especially, in light resistance. |
