Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To maintain a vehicle antislipping function extending for a long period of time on a civil and construction work field floor plate, etc., by arranging dispersively plural bits of steel plates on zinc or a zinc alloy layer on the upper surface of a steel plate and heating these to the temperature where said interposing layer is molten and then, cooling. CONSTITUTION:Powder, foil and sheet metal of zinc or a zinc alloy are arranged on the upper surface of the steel plate for the antislipping floor plate with the proper thickness used at a civil and construction work field, etc., and the plural bits of steel plates with the thickness >=5 mm are arranged dispersively thereon. Zinc or the zinc alloy is alloyed with steel and heated to about 420-600 deg.C where thermal strain is not generated on the steel plate and cooled to weld the bits of steel plates. This floor plate for work field maintains vehicle antislipping function lasting for a long period of time.
