Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make the seat usable for multiple purposes, such as for bed, baggage space in such a way that part of the seat back is juxtaposed with the seat bottom in order to magnify the area of the seat part. CONSTITUTION:A seat bottom 12 is fitted slidably forward and backward on the hood 8 by rails 14. A seat back 13 is divided into an upper seat back 13a which is fixed on the seat back frame 34, and a lower seat back 13b which is fixed through a releasable lock device 48 on the seat back frame 34. The lower seat back 13b is fixed on the bracket 19 through a link 44 by the lower end fixing hinges 35 of the seat back frame 34 in such a way that when the seat bottom 12 is moved forward, the lock device 48 is released, and it can be put juxtaposing in the rear of the seat bottom 12.
