Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To stabilize the quality of a product by arranging a monitoring window and optical detecting means at both side faces of a drum, comparing the measured distance signal with the preset reference distance signal and holding the distance between tip of a nozzle and molten surface to constant. CONSTITUTION:The monitoring windows 1a, 1a are arranged at both side faces of the drum 1, and also a light projecting element 7 and light receiving element 8 are respectively arranged as the optical distance detecting means. The measured distance signals S1 detected by a camera as the light receiving element 8 is inputted to an arithmetic circuit 12 through a signal processing circuit 11 and compared with the preset reference distance signal S0 between the molten surface and the nozzle, to find the difference signal DELTAS. Next, a flow rate control valve 10 is controlled based on the difference signal DELTAS, and the distance L between the nozzle and the molten surface is always made to coincide with the reference distance L0 between the nozzle and the molten surface. As the distance L between the nozzle and the molten surface is automatically held constant, the quality of the product filament is stabilized. |
