Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To realize the stable discharge of a fixed flow rate by providing plural liquid supply nozzles and valves to a head tank containing a receiving tank for overflow and controlling the difference of levels between the waste liquor head and each nozzle via the ON/OFF control of each valve. CONSTITUTION:The waste liquor of an atomic power plant is supplied to a head tank 1 from a dryer supply tank 3 via a pump 4 and always kept at a fixed head via a receiving tank 2 for overflow. At the same time, the waste liquor is also supplied to a dryer 10 via plural nozzles 5 and valves 6, a header structure pipeline 14, and a flow rate meter 9. The supply value is decided by the difference of levels between the head of the tank 1 and each nozzle 5 for the pipeline 14 since the even pressure is secured at the joint parts of the pipeline 14 at the downstream side of the valve 6. Thus it is possible to realize the stable and optimum quantitative liquid supply for a long period of time in accordance with the specific gravity change of the waste liquor, etc., owing to such a mechanism where a nozzle of the optimum height is selected by an instruction of the meter 9 and the valve of said nozzle is turned on and off.
