PURPOSE:The titled kneaded liquid, containing aluminum phosphate, sodium chloride and a surfactant, and capable of increasing the strength and fire resistance at high temperatures and improving the surface conditions of a cast material. CONSTITUTION:A kneading liquid of a dental investment material, containing 0.6-6wt% aluminum phosphate, e.g. aluminum primary or secondary phosphate, 0.6-3wt% sodium chloride and 10-100ppm surfactant, e.g. nonionic or anionic surfactant, and having >=1.6pH. The mixing liquid ratio of the kneading liquid to be added to an investment material powder is suitably within 1:(0.2-0.4) range. The mixing of a gypsum based investment material by using the above-mentioned kneading liquid permits the casting of nickel-chromium alloy requiring >=1,300 deg.C temperature, and a prosthesis can be manufactured from the above- mentioned alloy.
