WET DEVELOPING MULTICOLOR IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of color mixture by executing switching to a selected color developer tank side of a second switching means and the start of a pump for supplying a developer to a developing device from its tank, by depressing a print button, at the time of a color change. CONSTITUTION:The switching to selected color developer tank 9B, 9G, 9R sides of the second switching means 11, and the start of pumps 14B, 14G and 14R for supplying a developer of its tank to a developing device 8 are controlled so as to be executed by depressing a print button. Accordingly, only when the print button is depressed by an operator, the second switching means 11 is switched to a selected position, therefore, a sufficient time is generated before switching after the clear process, and a clear agent in the developing device 8 is removed enough. In such a way, no color mixture is generated.
