PRODUCTION OF VAPORIZING COMBUSTION CHAMBER

PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a vaporizing combustion chamber, which is tolerated to use at high temp., by pouring molten cast iron while holding sheath heater to the fixed position of a die in the case of pouring the vaporizing combustion chamber burying the sheath heater at bottom part of a burner structure body made of the cast iron. CONSTITUTION:The burner structure body is heated and the sheath heater 1 for promoting vaporization of supplying liquid fuel is buried at the time of pouring. In a split die 5 having casting space 4 of shape for the burner structure body, a draw-out hole 10, which can draw out two draw-out parts 3 following to terminal parts 2 of the sheath heater, is communicated with the casting space 4 corresponding to bottom part of the burner structure body. At the boundary between the draw-out hole 10 and the casting space 4, a washer 8 having penetrating hole for penetrating the draw-out part 3 at minute gap, is inserted. At end of opening to outside of the draw-out hole 10, a bush 9 for setting position holding the terminal part 2 is arranged, to hold the sheath heater to the fixed position in the die, and the molten cast iron is poured into the casting space in the die. As the process for fixing the sheath heater is simple, the vaporizing combustion chamber is efficiently produced.
