Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To mitigate the fluctuation of the demand quantity by storing the city gas in a high-pressure state during the demand reduction time zone and generating the electric power with an expansion turbine and a gas turbine during the demand increase time zone. CONSTITUTION:The city gas is fed to customers through a main gas conduit path 1. During the demand reduction time zone, a gas compressor 5 is driven to store the city gas in a tank 9 in a high-pressure state. During the demand increase time zone, the high-pressure gas is fed to an expansion turbine 13 and a gas turbine 17 to generate the electric power. Accordingly, the fluctuation of the demand quantity due to the time zone can be mitigated.
