A cap 4 is made of a rubber- like transparent material and is colored by adding a similar color pigment to the luminescence of the fluorescent lamp 1 during manufacture. The cap 4 is covered on the said fluorescent lamp 1. Thereby a transmitting light with a pure color can be obtained easily.
