FLUORESCENT LAMP DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain a pure color in high brightness by covering a transparent cap with similar color to the luminescence of a fluorescent lamp on the outside of the fluorescent lamp. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent lamp 1 is usually constructed with atransparent bulb having one end portion in a semi-spherical shape, and it has an anode provided adjacent to a heater and sealed filling with mercury and rare gas in the inside. And on the inside surface of the bulb a fluorescent material luminescing one of the three primary colors is coated. A cap 4 is made of a rubber- like transparent material and is colored by adding a similar color pigment to the luminescence of the fluorescent lamp 1 during manufacture. The cap 4 is covered on the said fluorescent lamp 1. Thereby a transmitting light with a pure color can be obtained easily.
